Can you introduce yourself and your role within EEZZ?
Hi! My name is Avalon, I am 28 years old and work within EEZZ's marketing. That means I manage all the social media channels, get the graphics right and deal with things like promotions and communication statements.
What is an indispensable skill that someone in your role needs?
A good skill to have is the ability to adapt quickly. One minute I'm setting up a newsletter to our owners and five minutes later I'm designing a big banner measuring 4 by 4 metres.

What is the best part about working at EEZZ for you?
For me, these are definitely my colleagues. Every time I am back at the Landgraaf office it feels like a party!
What is a memory within EEZZ that you will never forget?
It is not an instant memory but every time there are tears in my eyes from laughing. We are often out with the team and fortunately we all have the same humour - it's never boring!
