Kamperland - Zeeland, Nederland
DON’T GET BORED FOR A MOMENT
This park is right on the Oosterschelde, which means you can spend days having fun on the beach and in the water. The resort even has its own yacht harbor, so going for a sail or just looking at all the beautiful boats is also a possibility. This is not all the water fun yet: at the back of the park you will find fairway De Roompot. This is where a lot of boating traffic passes and you can feast your eyes on all the water sporters using this water.
There is also plenty to do at the park itself. There is a wonderful subtropical swimming paradise, there are plenty of playgrounds for the children and also the sporty vacationer will have a great time at Beach Resort Kamperland on the squash court or the sports fields, for example. Even teenagers do not have to be bored: in the chill zone they can surf the Internet, play games, just chill out or play a game of darts.
Got hungry from all the activities in and around the park, but don’t feel like cooking yet? No problem! At this park you can take away food, eat in the restaurant, eat at the buffet or just get fries at the snack bar. In the evening, have a drink at the Beach Club, with a view of the sea.

OOSTERSCHELDEKERING
The Oosterscheldekering or storm surge barrier is without doubt the most impressive part of the Delta Works. This flood barrier is over 3 kilometers long and consists of two pillar dam rows with a total of 65 huge concrete pillars. It is also a road link between Schouwen-Duiveland and Noord-Beveland. On the island of Neeltje Jans, between the sliding parts of the barrier, is Deltapark Neeltje Jans. Here you can see exhibits and films about the flood disaster and the construction of the Delta Works. It is also possible to view a pillar inside and out.
Veerse meer
Lake Veerse is an attractive water sports site for sailors, sport fishermen, and sport divers. There is opportunity for surfing and water skiing via a cable ski run, and there is a canoe port. There are 3,500 moorings for pleasure yachts around the lake. There are some dive sites, including north of Wolphaartsdijk and on the west side of Veere. About twelve thousand trout are stocked in the lake annually, half of them rainbow trout and the other half brook trout.
ZIERIKZEE
Zierikzee is a small town with a grand history located 30 car minutes from the Beach Resort. Climb the Sint Lievens Monster Tower, grab a terrace in the town harbor or visit one of the three medieval harbor gates. Quite possibly, if you’re lucky, you might spot a porpoise at the harbor tip.
